Pros (+) The Hotel is beautiful at a very good location with amazing facilities. Outside is a outdoor pool for summer,tennis courts, basketball hoops, playground for kids. Beautiful walking area. Pros (+) Hotel is surrounded by nature with many hiking road at its doorsteps. Also the outdoor facilities are big plus especially in the summer. Wellness is enjoyable with good sized pools and several sauna options.
Cons (-) Certain staff members would need customer need satisfaction training. Also the indoor sauna is almost impossible to stay in as the wooden benches get extremely hot.

Cons (-) SPA and breakfast very small for such a big hotel. Both were very busy. No available sunbeds for relaxing after sauna. Sauna very full. Waiting for coffee on the breakfast took ages. Parking not included in the price.

Pros (+) We came one night so we didn't experience all the facilities in the hotel. The room and the bathroom were of a high standard
Cons (-) Unfortunately the breakfast was not sufficient. Definitely can be improved. What was even more disappointing was that it was time to check out and we had to pay for tourist tax and parking. Now I understand the tourist tax but why do you have to pay for parking when the hotel is in a rural area with lots of spaces. Really unclear
