Only location
Outdated, very uncomfortable bed, you wake up exhausted. Not worth the price
The position of the hotel was perfect with great views across the bay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and the restaurant good was excellent as were the buffet style breakfasts with a vast range of food
There was nothing to dislike
The hotel is in a perfect location - just on the edge of the main part of Porto Montenegro, and with a stunning view of the sea. The hotel Reception staff are very friendly and keen to make sure you have a good stay. The hotel has recently been refurbished.
Great location, right on the promenade with a view of the marina. The front desk staff ladies were super helpful!
The people all were great and accommodating. You couldn't ask for a better location. I must say the breakfast buffet was the best I ever had. There was more than you could ask for. In the morning was a great breeze of fresh air coming in from the sea. There are plenty of places to eat there,great views. You won't be disappointed.
Great location, close to a lot of shops, bars and restaurants, and just next to the sea.
The room looked knackered with old furniture and carpet that looks like it’s been there for decades. The air conditioning is controlled centrally and did not work even after several phone calls to the reception. It was obvious that they kept turning it down to save money. We didn’t have a good blanket in the room. We were very cold all the stay. There was no free water bottle. For a hotel 4 stars and it costed me very expensive there should have free bottles . Also on 25/04 I told the receptionist that we have the flight on 27/04 at 7:50 and I asked that we need 2 boxes for food because we had to check out at 4:30 am . I MENTIONNED 10 times THE RECEPTIONIST WITH AN...
The receptionist with short hair made a laugh at me. I told her 10 times that I want her to prepare box for food because we missed the breakfast this morning !! We had to check out at 4:30 am. I mentioned her 10 TIMES THAT MY MOTHER AND ME ARE VEGETARIAN. She told me that I should not worry and she will take care of us. This morning I found in the boxes MEAT!!!!!! I want a refund!!! Very service oriented and welcoming stuff. Very quiet and calm place. Excellent location. Modern and new facility.
Lack of coffee machine (Nespresso) in the room...
