Pros (+) Excellent location and service. Good coffee and breakfast. Excellent room. Historic building.
Cons (-) Historic long straight and steep stairway to reception. I did see a stair lift machine and there is a handrail. We will stay there again.

Pros (+) Loved the location once we found it. Arrived in rain. With people in street with lots of umbrellas we couldn't see signs. You could walk everywhere from hotel.
Cons (-) This is on me not hotel but our room was on the street across from a restaurant and it was so noisy until midnight. I should have requested to be moved to back of hotel. Between noise and jet lag I barely slept while I was there.

Pros (+) Loved the location, it’s so close to Piazza Vecchia and restaurants and bars. Most of the staff were delightful and very helpful.
Cons (-) You could hear the people in the next bathroom very clearly, as though they were actually using our own bathroom - I had to check!

Pros (+) Perfectly located small hotel. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Considering the small number of rooms the buffet breakfast had more than enough choice including gluten free options. We would definitely look at staying here again when we return to Bergamo

Pros (+) In the heart of the old city. Fabulous staff, very nice and helpful. They helped with arrangements for car transportation to Milan. Continental B’fast was good.
Cons (-) Classic room was on the noisy side of the hotel and the room was smaller. After one night they switched us to a deluxe room which was the much nicer and quiet. I wouldn’t recommend driving a car here at all. Better to come by taxi.
