Perfectly located small hotel. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Considering the small number of rooms the buffet breakfast had more than enough choice including gluten free options. We would definitely look at staying here again when we return to Bergamo

In the heart of the old city. Fabulous staff, very nice and helpful. They helped with arrangements for car transportation to Milan. Continental B’fast was good.
Classic room was on the noisy side of the hotel and the room was smaller. After one night they switched us to a deluxe room which was the much nicer and quiet. I wouldn’t recommend driving a car here at all. Better to come by taxi.

I did not know there was a flight of stairs to reach the reception. . The room was very nice and the staff were very helpful. It was in a very crowded location, but convenient.
The shower was very small.
The hotel was beautiful. Old but perfectly restored. The bathroom was so nice and the bed extremely comfortable.
