Pros (+) Great location in opera to walk around Paris. Easy to reach from gare du nord on rer and close to station. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Rooms lovely.

Pros (+) I had great stay at the hotel. The location is very convenient - next to Saint Lazare train station, but the area is quite quiet. And it's also a direct metro line to Orly airport (only took me 30 min to reach the hotel). The pleasant surprise was to get a room upgrade! Pros (+) The best advantage of Hotel Phileas is its location. It is directly adjacent to exit 8 of Lazare station, making it convenient to travel around Paris. Breakfast hours were 7 AM - 11 AM, which allowed us to finish sightseeing before it got crowded, return to the hotel for breakfast, and then rest.
