Wonderful hotel with excellent cuisine. The management and staff were super friendly and provided helpful service. The room was expansive with a nice view. The hotel has excellent wellness facilities. We walked from the hotel to the Kronplatz cablecar.

Compared to my previous stay, the hotel was really full. Staff was very stretched. We were told twice to prepare to leave the room way before check out time because they needed to clean it.

Everything was amazing: the family concept of the hotel, attention to every detail, managing to make every guest feel as the most special, very friendly staff. Delicious and healthy food. Inclusive of bike rentals, parking, afternoon rich snack bar.
The pillows could be softer and bigger.

I have been traveling all over Europe for the past 5 plus years. From Normandy France to Copenhagan / Praha to Budapest and Croatia - this is by far the best place I have stayed - bar none. Family owned and very wonderful staff there. Lila (the hotel pup) was always there to greet you at the door. I was looking for a quick get away weekend to reflect on life and the COVID situation. Needed a place...
