Pros (+) The location is perfect, no doubt about it. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room/bed were very comfortable. WiFi connection was fast and reliable.
Cons (-) I wasn’t impressed about the breakfast at all. I was a bit disappointed with the offer in general. I thought it was a buffet but no, it’s basically Al a carte with basic stuff to choose from. Basic Americano coffee or tea, eggs and fruit. Cappuccino etc would be extra cost.

Pros (+) Perfect! The room I stayed was basement but there is terrace. I could stay comfortable and have nice breakfast. I will stay the hotel next time to go to queretaro.

Pros (+) The hotel is in the beautiful historical building, design of it is unique and cool. Rooms are very good size. Location is perfect! It's a lovely place to stay in general.
Cons (-) Gym was extremely hot! Couldn't complete any training session.

Pros (+) The location and it was very clean and modern. The bar and central courtyard were very nice. The staff was super friendly.
Cons (-) The only thing I didn’t like about our room was that there was no natural light. Our window faced other rooms so even if the shade was up, no light came in so it was super dark. If we didn’t have the lights on at all times, we couldn’t see in our room.

Pros (+) My room was large with a king bed and a full shower. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of warm water. The staff throughout the hotel were all very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was included in my room rate and was exceptional. The location is close to great restaurants and historical locations. I highly suggest this hotel if visiting Queretaro.
