Pros (+) Amazing hotel. Helpful staff. Great location. We got married in Tbilisi and the wedding party all stayed in hotel passport. The staff made us feel like we were family members. So helpful, thoughtful and considerate. Special thanks to Nino at the reception for all her assistance
Cons (-) Just be careful, sometimes the safe in the hotel room will not open despite using the right combination. However the staff was very helpful and came to reset the safe lock within minutes.
