Bath tube shower comb is an issue for people over seventy years old, very dangerous to get in and out of, only a plastic footstool suppled to be used to get it . Which in turn could slip and cause a serious injury. Staff on my previous visit were a lot more friendly and accomodating. Room wasn’t ready till after 3pm and was configured as pre requested. Excellent location and extremely quiet for where it is located. Breakfast was really good and had more than enough food to eat. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, and shower had enough hot water to last the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!
Room temperature is set at 21C and will not budge, even if temperature is raised. Room was colder than 21C for sure. No use of a microwave.

It is a very good hotel. It is located 10 minutes away from the city centre, with a great breakfast and very helpful staff.
Some things in the room were a little bit old and could use an update.
Breakfast was fine, location was good.
Although bikes were stored in the boiler room the staff would not allow us to charge an e bike either in the boiler room (there was a power point) or elsewhere in hotel. We spent the rest of the day sitting with bike having charged elsewhere. The front office lady just laughed it off, not good enough!
