Great place, great people, tasty breakfast
Room at 0 level a little bit noisy in the morning (glass door)
The hotel is located in the jungle, between two beaches - Jungle Beach and Unawatuna. Friendly hosts, interesting green area. Swimming pool. Huge, well-stocked rooms, lots of towels. At our request, a transfer to the airport was arranged.
It is necessary to clean up the garbage daily.
- The room is self-contained and you have access to a kitchen, which is useful. - The bed was very clean and comfortable. - The kitchen staff were very kind and attentive. - Good location out of the centre (20 minute walk to the restaurants) and 10 minutes from the beaches. - Breakfast was delicious. - There is a pool but I did not use this.
- It felt like I was staying in someone’s house not a hotel. - No reception on arrival and there was no area that you could sit in other than the room itself. The kitchen area was used by the family and their guests and the lounge (which you have to go through to leave the rooms) had other people sleeping on the sofa or watching TV, which made me feel a bit out of place! - The chairs in the room a...Read more
Excellent and helpful hotel owners, friendly staff. The environment is nicely arranged, good swimming pool, delicious breakfast. Relatively good Wi-Fi as in Sri Lanka. Hotel on a hill, suitable for those who like peace.
I very much enjoyed my stay. Ransi was the perfect host. Location is handy for jungle beach and Unawatuna ‘village’ where most of the restaurants and shops are. Room was spacious and clean and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. I loved the pool too!
The staff are vers helpfull. The pool is good. The room is extremly big.

Very nice location, the apartments and balconies were very big and all persons were very kind and helpful. Good breakfast.
Very Spacious and beautiful room with minimal kitchen in quiet area, not too far from town and the beaches.
I paid extra for a sea view room, and did not get one cause the trees were too high and there was no sea at all visible. When I told the hosts, they did not offer any discounts. Also be ready to pay for your stay cash only. Nice hosts, but not much availability if questions which is ok if you know and are ready to manage your trip details. Good simple choices for breakfast. Lovely quiet location and a nice short stroll to the beach and restaurants. Staff and the owners Philip and Ransi are exceptionally friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome.
