The beautiful scenes and magnificent building. Live music in the bar area, as well as a in the dining room at breakfast time .
Our room was really small and nowadays there is no drinking water offered, nor shampoo or conditioner. The beverages were not included at dinner time. Parking is a bit far considering that we had to carry our heavy luggage. Very expensive., but absolutely beautiful, elegant and lovely.
The castle style architecture , the surrounding is absolutely mind blowing with direct access to Bukk National Park for hiking etc…
Resort style type of services instead of personalized; Buffet dinner instead of a la carte; A lot of young families with children ( nothing too romantic as suggested in the documentation )
It is a nice getaway from the bustling city. Nice views and cosy rooms.
From check-in to their housekeeping staff that we met were all welcoming and hospitable. The buffet spread at lunch was lavish and delicious. However, when we headed down for dinner and wanted to check the buffet dinner options, the lady at the entrance was not so complying and insisted that we look at the menu outside of the restaurant instead. Overall, it is still a recommended place to stay.

Wonderful mountain lakeside location and grand hotel with a superb spa. The Spanish guitar accompaniment to breakfast was an unexpected delight.

This is an iconic hotel, an architectural pearl on a site of great natural beauty that provides great gastronomy, hiking routes, a beautiful park with waterfalls and a spa. It can be a perfekt honeymoon location but it is perfect for a few quiet days in the forest as well. We loved it!
The spa was a bit small and at times crowded, and the different water attractions are too short and you have to wait for them even when you are the only guest.
