The staff are excellent and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. The stunning view, the balcony and did I mention the view?
The furniture in the room needs a good clean. Appreciate the ability to clean glasses, cups, etc., but there's no tea towel to wipe them with. A hook for the hand towel would be good, plus extra hangers for clothes. Just little things which could make the place perfect.
The staff were lovely, it was easy to find, we had a drink on the house we didn't expect which was a very nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good, too. Having a fridge and tea and coffee facilities was a nice touch.
The room was very small, and there was no were to hang clothing. The shower room was tiny too, and no were to hang towels. The balcony had dead plants on it, which wasn't very nice

No air con in room was ridiculous. The room was so hot.

Decent size room, comfy bed, good location only a short walk from The Rocks. Cool roof top cocktail bar with great views over the Harbour bridge and Luna Park, Room was cool when we arrived, despite the lack of air con as the large ceiling fan was already on and the room was on the shady side of the hotel,
Bathroom is quite small but fine for one person at a time. Is a heritage hotel so not many electric sockets.
The room was more expensive than the Hyatt and while it was in a good location there were only water glimpses. The room was quirky, which is normally okay except in this case the floor creaked, cooling was provided by a Kogan portable A/C which sounded more like a semi trailer. Such a refreshing little hotel. Close to ship facilities (walking distance). Very friendly, small and intimate. Look forward to dinner. Oh and beautifully refurbished.

Everything was a total disappointment.
Everything, especially the restaurant. My wife suffered food poisoning. There was no one to help us at night, no personal at the hotel. I suggest to take it out from your lists. There were two guest we met before checking in and told us their disappointment.
The location, and the view of the bridge.
There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang our towels or hand towels. The fan on the ceiling was dirty and very dusty. There was no top sheet so we pulled the doona out of the cover to use as it was a hot night. We couldn’t have the balcony door open as there was no screen, so we had to use the dirty/dusty fan.
