Pros (+) The building and it’s location on the Grand Canal are amazing. We’ve got a free upgrade of the room. Friendly reception.
Cons (-) The breakfast was bad and ridiculously pricy. We’ve paid 70€ for two to get very bad coffee, fruit salad with 90% apples, poorly prepared omelet, cheese slices from a supermarket as a cheese plate. The waitress was quite unfriendly. Even with the upgrade the room was small, no view, no charm.

Pros (+) The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The historic building retains its original character & charm, while offering up to date facilities. Terrace right on Grand Canal would be hard to beat anywhere in the world.

Pros (+) Great location, beautiful view and terrace. Building cannot be more beautiful, well preserved and very beautiful the stair case.
Cons (-) Rooms are a bit ran down but it’s not too bad. Shower did not have pressure at all, difficult to have an express shower.breakfast was not good very expensive and simple. Better to go somewhere else.
