This is a superb hotel in a great location with really nice and attentive staff
Absolute nothing
Hotel is located in beautiful place next to canal. Stuff was super friendly. Breakfast was very good.
Pillows. We did not have any sleep. It was New Years eve, we came back to our room shortly after midnight and hoping we will get some good night sleep (after 2 years alone for night) and the opposite was truth. Bed is huge- good. The size of the room and the hotel itself was great. Location is good, considering if you take a water taxi from the airport.
Breakfast was a slight disaster. You have everything on display, but you need to wait until they serve you. It is either a buffet or a la carte. Quite a long walk to the main attractions.

Great service from the hotel staff, well maintained property with facilities. Breakfast was also great and kudos to the staff for making our stay memorable.
Breakfast was very good, especially the croissants. The staff was friendly and informative. We loved the location of this hotel. The patio was very welcoming.

The staff was great, breakfast was excellent and the hotel bar was especially nice.
It’s a bit far removed from the “center of Venice” so it was a ten minute walk to get to restaurants, sights, etc.

We felt the room was not as well appointed. The bathroom had a 10” step up making it impossible to navigate safely in the dark . The bathroom are had no real room for toiletries. The room was pretty but very small . We did not see other rooms so we have no idea if this was the norm . I have a new knee - so the bathroom was not ideal .
Good location, close to restaurants, shopping. The staff were very helpful, organised my taxi to airport, offered to make me a takeaway breakfast. Overall a great place to stay.
