What a hidden gem that hotel was! The palazzo is in the heart of Cannaregio. Everything is close by, yet the area of the hotel is quiet. A really well-preserved palazzo that stays in time capsule, with a beautiful private garden and a classic venetian feel. Plus: Fantastic location, charme of a old palace, very special atmosphere, staff taking care of of you. Minus: bed was not so good.
The hotel was in a fabulous position and the staff were lovely, as was the tranquil beautiful garden but the suite we stayed in was a bit tired…the bathroom was tired, the carpet on the stairs was frayed…it didn’t feel luxurious for a suite as advertised. However we had a lovely few days.

It was a very unique experience. Very ethnic and very beautiful. We got an upgrade to a better room with a canal view and the staff were so ready to help. Luca especially was so amazing. Always ready to help and smiling

Beautiful hotel, good location, peaceful and quiet, nice and helpful staff.
The beds are a bit on the short side and they could invest in some comfortable pillows.
Our stay was truly enhanced by our magnificent room. It was a feast for the eyes and undeniably grande. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, providing a level of service that further enriched our time in Venice.
