It was a very unique experience. Very ethnic and very beautiful. We got an upgrade to a better room with a canal view and the staff were so ready to help. Luca especially was so amazing. Always ready to help and smiling

Beautiful hotel, good location, peaceful and quiet, nice and helpful staff.
The beds are a bit on the short side and they could invest in some comfortable pillows.
Our stay was truly enhanced by our magnificent room. It was a feast for the eyes and undeniably grande. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, providing a level of service that further enriched our time in Venice.

Very special , wide, high ceiling room nice gardin outside . Ambient like in a museum, where the time stopped. Quiet great location far from touristic crowds . Staff was very friendly and service was polite and warm. And helpful when needed .It felt safe and homy.
I didn’t receive the room i have ordered and rate wad not adjusted. ( no bath tab no extra bed) So it was very expensive. No coffee machine or hot kettle for tea in the room Breakfast started quite late 8:00 , And from my long experience traveling- not as rich for 4 stars hotel standards.
