Everything. We had a complimentary prosecco waiting for us in the room as a surprise to my wife, who had her birthday. In addition, we got a room upgrade from the lovely lady at the front desk. This hotel made out vacation unforgettable. Location is great, breakfast is rich and all staff have smiling faces.

The property looked immaculate. Check in and check out smooth and efficient. Very kind staff and helpful. We were surprised with complimentary private tour by boat to a murano glass factory and bottle of Franciacorta as aperitivo in our room before dinner.

The room was beautiful with a fresco on the ceiling! Location excellent, adjacent to St Marks square. Friendly and helpful staff.
The bed was a bit firm for my liking as were the pillows.
The design is great, the reception staff were friendly and informative. The location was quiet but close to everything you needed.

Spacious - clean - carefully decorated - adequately heated room. The hotel is just a few minutes distance from all central locations of Venice. The staff was very supportive and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.
