I recently stayed at Hotel Palata Venezia in Ulcinj and was genuinely impressed. The location was hard to reach . The shower had hair from previous stay . There was a roach in one of the towels .
In the old city. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Parking was difficult. Eager to give us a larger room, but was in an out building and had to climb up multiple flights of stairs. Shutters did not secure. Was a windy night and banging of the shutters.

Ultimate location and view in an old building with character. Reataurant overlooking the main beach and the coast was great, good food, and relatively attentive waiter. Great air conditioning and WiFi. The suite we booked was spacious. Good communication from the reception prior to arrival. Breakfast ok.
Breakfast service could have been a bit more attentive & caring.

The only way up is by walking up a flight of stairs but that’s Europe in general! be prepared to walk up with luggages!
Our room was located right above the ocean, with amazing views of the beach and the town. The property is located within a medieval city, and has great restaurants within walking distance. Position, view, natural environment, people with endless kindness.
Traffic jam at the entry to Old town. There is no connection from Bar to Ulcinj. Thanks God taxi is not so much expensive.
For us, perfect location! Take into consideration: you have to walk about 5 min to the nearest beach or parking, but you walk among narrow cobbled stone streets, feels like Italy :) The staff helps with all the luggage with a mini golf cart 😀 Ladies, leave your heels at home 😉 You are away from the havok of the town (5 min away), still enjoying a lot of amazing restaurants nearby, but the one at...Read more
Absolutely gorgeous location and service was excellent. Noisy nightclubs nearby so less peaceful at night.
