Small property, excellent location
Rooms quite small
we were upgraded to a beautiful room - luxury linens, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, beautiful furnishings. This is an elegant historical hotel located right beside the famous bridge. The restaurant is excellent and the staff are wonderful - so friendly and helpful.
A beautiful hotel in a prime location in the old town. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Our room was large with a generous ensuite, very clean and with a comfortable bed and good wifi. Although on the main street across the bridge, it was very quiet at night. We didn't dislike anything, but the lack of a lift to the second floor and no defined space to unload the car before taking it to a seperate location to park could be issues for some guests.Read more
I love the old palace. It is covered with beautiful tiles, beautiful wood and has captured the feel of the early 1900s. It’s located right next to the bridge in the center of town. The breakfast was delicious. I had eggs Benedict that were superb. The coffee is delicious. Also, everything was perfect. Not to mention the bed was so comfortable. The sheets are so smooth and the quilt was just right.

The hotel is a historical building. The building itself is very beautiful, well designed and well maintained. The location was in the old town of Rhonda, restaurants, shopping, museums were all within 5-10 minutes walk. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. They were very helpful in suggesting place to visit and restaurants etc. The breakfast options were excellent with a mix...

Great location, walking distance to all the attractions of Ronda. We loved the decor of the hotel. This was the second time we have stayed here and really enjoyed everything about the place. The staff were so friendly, helpful and informative. The staff in the hotel restaurant are lovely as well and so is the food and wine. Next time we want to try the wine tasting that they do at the hotel.

The hotel was well situated and very comfortable. Reception staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. The rooms are small with very little space for luggage. That said, the decor was excellent.
Drop off parking was a nightmare and difficult in a steep narrow road opposite the hotel, which necessitates reversing into the main road and negotiating traffic and lots of pedestrians. Overnight parking was available at an additional cost but some distance (10mins walk) from the hotel.
Most superbly presented hotel, marvellous interior decoration in keeping with original style. The Hemingway theme is enhanced by having copies of his books in main lounge and bedroom. Delightful helpful reception staff.
A bit difficult to locate by Sat. Nav. on our rental car, parking for unloading across a busy road. Nothing too difficult for such a beautiful experience.
