Rooms are very comfortable - greet sleep Love the lobby bar - great wine and very nice staff
One thing that was a bit disappointing was the club lounge - we were staying on the 7th floor and went into it and were a bit disheartened by it , didnt understand the purpose of it and were basically asked to go to the bar for a drink

We didnt knew that there is extra city tax that was charged in adition to our booking price, although the booning order already included tax.

Brilliant location lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Train station five minutes walk away also. Lovely hotel with very friendly staff.
Great location, lots of great options on our door step. Incredible bed super super comfy. Breakfast was really good, plentiful loads of great options.
Worst shower ever, in my opinion this didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel, 4 at best. . Room was very cramped and stuffy. We messaged the property many times in advance advising we were flying directly to the hotel from Australia. Despite the check in lady explaining the hotel was “quiet” she still didn’t allow us to access the room earlier to have a shower after a 25hr flight.
Location, pool, friendly staff
Disappointment when we arrived that the room type we had booked was not given to us. Staff eventually managed to sort this out but took an hour.

A memorable stay at a modern hotel which is well-located in the heart of the former West Berlin centre, excellent for walks, attractions and transport to all parts of the city.

This is my third time staying at Hotel Palace Berlin, each visit for one week, and every time has been an excellent experience. The hotel offers great service, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back. A special thanks to Mr. Argan for kindly upgrading my room – I truly appreciate the gesture. Looking forward to staying here again!
