The hotel was quite nice with large room and nice bed and small table and chairs as well as small balcony. The staff was nice and breakfast was very good. Location was perfect for us.
The only problem was that the room was too warm and we couldn't open the window due to smoke from the neighbors' wood-burning fireplaces.
The most important for me/us, when we use a Hotel is, that its clean and the beds are good! Hotel ozana is confidently located and excellent value near all facilities. Breakfast is excellent
Ok breakfast, nothing fancy but enough to get you satisfied. Room was clean and big. Bathroom was clean and big. Easy to check in and check out.

One of the few hotels that offers you a big mattress and a real bed. Not two small ones joined together.
There is a bad smell in the hotel lobby
The staff was great, really polite and helpful! Breakfast was good Air conditioning worked well It was mostly pretty clean Close to two big supermarkets if that helps anyone
The balcony was shared with another room and while the neighbours were outside it was pretty noisy There was a stain on one of the sheets on the bed. Maybe coffee, still shouldn't be there. Parking was horrendous, the parking spaces are insufficient, the staff do help you out in finding a place to park tho, they were very polite.

The hotel was hot. It was over 30 degrees inside. The AC unit was exactly above the bed, so it was either too hot or too cold.
