Pros (+) Close to food, clean, modern - sitting at the window watching the street below in the snow. Nespresso in the room.
Cons (-) Noisy on the street might be an issue for some ; I found it engaging.

Pros (+) The rooms are very nice and clean, lots of space and great views.
Cons (-) Parking, not an issue for the summer months, but the winter months the walking and cold vehicle was not pleasant

Cons (-) Room was great. Only thing missing was ability to get a cup of coffee (not a Nespresso). Didn't need to be in room. Lobby would be fine. Had to actually leave the property to get a cup of coffee

Pros (+) What a great little hotel and location in Trois Rivieres. Close to everything, and a short stroll to find a restaurant (many to choose from). If we ever come back to Trois Rivieres we'll stay here again!! Great breakfast.

Cons (-) We prefer not to have service while we are at hotel, so more condiments with the coffee would make it even better for stays more than 1 night

Pros (+) Location and the helpful front desk staff
Cons (-) Lack of grab bars in the bathroom of room 204, especially in the shower. The mat next to the bed was dusty, old and totally unnecessary. Suspect it caused the allergic respiratory difficulties I experienced, which disrupted my sleep. Suggest to get rid of the mat.

Pros (+) The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. The rooms are well appointed, with comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with a hand-held shower, always appreciated. The location was perfect for a one night stay. Close to all sorts of restaurants and cafes. The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable and responsive to our needs.
