The hotel was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful.
After a four day stay it was disappointing that the hotel would not extend our check out time by a couple of hours while waiting for our transport. Even though the hotel was almost empty.
Excellent staff and service that went above and beyond. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent location for a visit to Oravalo! Will be back

Very relaxing and beautiful, the staff were incredibly professional, kind, positive and helpful.
The parking lot is limited, and it's not guaranteed that one will be available.
