Breakfast was amazing! Great view!
Gym comes at extra cost even for guests, facilities are good but old, hasnt been renovated long it seems.
The view from our room
How expensive it is, we stayed in 11 hotels in japan on this trip. This hotel was the most expensive, yet we had to pay for the use of the pool for the kids, we didn't even get pyjamas very minimal bathroom products. Staff were great but I would prefer to spend half the amount and stay somewhere else.
Wonderful views of the Port side entertainment area from our room. Staff were courteous and helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable by Japan standards Breakfast was excellent
When approaching a bar in the hotel for a glass of wine before 9 p.m., we were unceremoniously denied entry. The bar wasn't crowded. Perplexed at our treatment, we asked front desk staff if they knew why we were turned away, and they were also perplexed. We managed to get a 375mm bottle of wine to drink in one of the hotel's cafes.

Location is perfect! Minutes from Chinatown! If you drive, parking is easy! Lots of space and no hassles knowing how to park!

Location was really good. A 15 minute walk from the station & close to all the restaurants. It is right in front of the port & the view from our room was beautiful. We use the room service for our breakfast & it was perfectly on time & really good. The hotel is spotless & the service excellent. The food in the bakery/restaurant was just ok. Well located spacious hotel, great views from upper floors, our room was big, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and very helpful.
Strangely it was quite expensive to use the swimming pool ( >3000 yen). The bathroom could do with an upgrade ( though immaculately clean, spacious and perfectly functional)
Good location, variety of restaurants, spacious rooms for Japan.
The pool and gym were not included in the tariff.

Clean, spacious room(with spacious bathroom), wonderful breakfast, super kind and friendly staff, gorgeous view. Had a very pleasant stay in Hotel Okura.
Accessibility is somewhat limited due to the distance from the Sannomiya station, making it a bit inconvenient to visit nearby convenience stores or restaurants. However, the hotel shuttle runs every 20 minutes, so it’s manageable. Aside from that, everything else was very satisfying. I'll certainly visit again.
