We LOVED our stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. I left something valuable behind, and they notified me right away. The room was wonderful! My stay was absolutely perfect! The staff created an incredible atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location of the hotel radiates an extraordinary energy that adds to the overall experience. The hotel offers all the facilities you could possibly need, and the rooms are nothing short of exceptional. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning!
Poor food quality and choice
First, I would like to extend my compliments to the staff. They were all very kind and professional. Despite arriving a bit early, and being scheduled to receive our room at two o'clock, they made an effort, and we obtained it almost three hours earlier. Second, the hotel is exceptionally clean. The only thing that bothered me was just the buffet breakfast and, especially, dinner. I hate when you get a cold plates for warm food which is already not hot enough and before you can bring it to the table it gets cold. I hate cold eggs. Though the food was quite good. The food was disappointing. We booked half board & decided to skip dinner after the first evening because the food was so bad. Same for breakfast - the selection might have been ok for a 2 or 3 star hotel. But not for a 4 star hotel of this price range. Also, the hotel is very focused on Hungarian guests.
