Location of the hotel is fantastic and hard to beat! Right above Shinsaibashi metro station and close to all the shopping/eating areas. Room is small but enough space for your suitcase and shopping bags. Staff are polite and helpful and the hotel, although a bit date is nice and clean.
Loud tourists shouting and talking loudly on the room floor corridors. Sometimes the service staff (when preparing in the morning to clean the rooms) can get quite noisy as well.

Great location and spacious room. Hotel staff is attentive and professional, unlike some of the discounted hotels. I really enjoyed staying there.
This is NOT Nikko Hotel’s issue, but the airport shuttle can NOT be reserved online, so I had to go down for tickets after midnight. I went there at 11:55pm, but there were already 3 Chinese tourists ahead of me.
The location was great. And the concierge was so helpful in providing directions and assistance in all aspects whenever needed!

Lots of variety at the breakfast buffet, great location with direct access to the metro, very chic shopping area and Dotonbori a short walk. We got a great deal on booking.com. Sophisticated atmosphere.
The standard room was very small and noisy. We could hear the crying kids next door. Needs a bit of a refresh, very '90's vibe. This is a huge hotel serving big tourist groups, so quite busy. The restaurants are very expensive.

Location was great. Staff were very friendly. Room sizing & layout worked perfectly for us.
The only negative to this property was the pillows.
