Cons (-) i was looking for my ring under the bed, and found out under the bad was so dusty , and dirty. they should work on it more .

Pros (+) Staffs were very supportive and can speak English very well. Breakfast was great; plenty of food. Also, they have the BALMUDA toaster which we personally love it. The location of the hotel is next to the shopping area.
Cons (-) Room was outdated, but perfect to take a rest.

Pros (+) Firstly, the location is perfect. It’s easy to visit the castle and shopping areas, and bus stop to the airport is just outside hotel. Staffs have been welcoming and friendly while providing services and help.
Cons (-) The equipment of the bathroom is not new, but everything is clean. So I am okay with that.
