Pros (+) We had a room on 28 floor and liked the view of the city. The staff were fabulous and the location was perfect to find a 711 and walk to the attractions. It poured with rain on our sight seeing day but the warm bath in our room helped.
Cons (-) The pillows on the bed. So flat. They were not comfortable.

Pros (+) Luxurious hotel which exceeded my expectations, comfortable bed and all amenities you could require. Received complimentary drink vouchers for each night I stayed which I enjoyed. The staff were always helpful and friendly, excellent customer service. Hotel is conveniently opposite the Kanazawa railway station and convenience stores and retail are nearby.

Pros (+) In front of Kanazawa station. Gorgeous reception area. Nice view from the room. Renovated modern spacious room. Large bathtub with shower space. Comfortable bed. Polite and attentive staff. Japanese and western varieties of breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the stay a lot.
Cons (-) Breakfast serving plastic plate looked like school canteen. This does not suit the level of this hotel. Toilet flushing was so noisy.

Pros (+) It was very luxurious, we had a coffee maker and fridge and could get ice from the machine on the corridor. The bathroom was very spacious with a fantastic shower and very large bath
