The hotel didn't have air conditioning in the rooms. We were told to open the window, which didn’t help. Sleeping in the room was stuffy and uncomfortable. The rooms were pricy and very dated. The location was far too away from restaurants and shopping. We would not recommend staying here.

The lobby and facilities are all very modern but the room decor is slightly dated but still fine.

We didn’t have the breakfast because we had left early.
Having to pay for a cab to get to a bus station to take the bus. Pay CASH for the bus when we didn’t have enough cash. Had to desperately find an ATM to get the cash for the bus ride to the airport.
Location was good, it was clean, the room was perfect (requested a quiet location away from heavily trafficked areas). Staff were helpful when booking taxi services.
The breakfast was not commensurate with the highly rated hotel. Would have preferred excellent coffee from an expresso machine rather than a pot of American style coffee that was not hot enough. The staff were unwilling to refund the breakfast meals that we could not take advantage of due to changes in our schedule. We would have appreciated credit towards another service at the hotel. Beds that are hard as the floor. They don’t seem to be concerned with environmental sustainability. They changed our towels every day despite us having them up, they changed our shampoo/conditioner even though they still had product in them, and they use A LOT of plastic. Old decor from the 1990s/2000s but spacious.
Friendly staff , convenient central location .. very clean hotel .. rooms are very comfortable…
If they can add Halal meet options will help a lot
