Pros (+) Very good hotel located close to the Osaka Castle. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The lobby area looks wonderful. The room is clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) Bathroom facilities are in good condition but looks a little bit old.

Pros (+) The staff are exceptionally polite, especially the gentleman who assisted with our luggage—his kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made us feel warmly welcomed.
Cons (-) While the hotel was clean and the staff were wonderful, the overall decor and facilities felt quite outdated. A refurbishment would really help bring the experience up to the standard of the service.

Pros (+) Big comfortable room and lots of convenient store nearby for food. Great access to Osaka castle.
Cons (-) Long way away from most of the tourist attractions in Osaka. Restaurants were far too expensive. It would have been I’ve to have cheaper options within the hotel.

Cons (-) The hotel didn't have air conditioning in the rooms. We were told to open the window, which didn’t help. Sleeping in the room was stuffy and uncomfortable. The rooms were pricy and very dated. The location was far too away from restaurants and shopping. We would not recommend staying here.
