Pros (+) The location was great - very convenient to chinatown, cruise ship, train stations, shopping, etc. There was bus access to the airport in front of the hotel - very convenient. There was a lovely park across the street alos and restaurants on site or nearby. Facilities were phenomenal - the room and bathroom were extremely large

Pros (+) Hotel beautiful and location on harbor near gardens was amazing. Several choices for dining. I really enjoyed the full breakfast and there were a lot of choices. Staff was outstanding especially concierge Keiko ( and her associate) who helped me locate my luggage. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Yokohama.

Pros (+) Check in/ check out was easy. All the information from the booking site was correct and communicated to the hotel before arriving. We chose the breakfast option as part of our package which was very good and we were able to choose either their breakfast room or room service for a western breakfast. Cons (-) The only minor thing was it would have been nice to have a shuttle to get to the cruise ship terminal but it's within a short walk of the hotel and running any shuttle could easily get out of hand
