Everything. Great location. Beautiful hotel.
There was nothing we didn’t like about Hotel New Grand.
The location was great - very convenient to chinatown, cruise ship, train stations, shopping, etc. There was bus access to the airport in front of the hotel - very convenient. There was a lovely park across the street alos and restaurants on site or nearby. Facilities were phenomenal - the room and bathroom were extremely large

Hotel beautiful and location on harbor near gardens was amazing. Several choices for dining. I really enjoyed the full breakfast and there were a lot of choices. Staff was outstanding especially concierge Keiko ( and her associate) who helped me locate my luggage. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Yokohama.

Check in/ check out was easy. All the information from the booking site was correct and communicated to the hotel before arriving. We chose the breakfast option as part of our package which was very good and we were able to choose either their breakfast room or room service for a western breakfast. The only minor thing was it would have been nice to have a shuttle to get to the cruise ship terminal but it's within a short walk of the hotel and running any shuttle could easily get out of handRead more

The French toast breakfast option, but plenty of great options instead.
Spacious room, nice view, great location, very comfortable beds, great amenities.
We stayed in a smoker room, the non- smoker was much more expensive. The lingering smell was a bit unpleasant. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because it was horrendously expensive.
It was in a great location and the decor was stunning. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.
The lack of choice for restaurants,
Location is excellent! 3mins walk from Chinatown, not to mention the seaview from the room. Room is large and bed is comfortable. Yokohama is perfect for a short and cheaper getaway from Tokyo.
Good location next to the water. ,Ideal for taking a walk in the early morning.
