The staff were brilliant with our two young boys who loved the hotel and city. Breakfast was fantastic and they catered well for our son, who has allergies. Beautiful property and location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Lovely big room cosy barhrobes excellent breakfast. A very relaxing place to stay.
Property is cool. Room is decent. Bathroom in room is very dated. Restaurant is good. Staff is great. Hard to say if it’s a 5-star property, probably not; but def not worth a $1K/nt. We dramatically overpaid.
Our family of 4 stayed in one of the 1 bedroom apartments across the street from the main hotel. We had a bedroom w/bathroom (nice walk in shower), living room w/ pullout, kitchen/dining area (that was nicely appointed with supplies) and a view of a gothic district street. Be aware that many taxis will not drop you off at the hotel but a few minutes walk away. However the hotel is able to directly summon a taxi to their door for pickup.Read more
Large, comfortable, well lit room with modern fixtures in the bathroom that include a double sink bathtub and dual jet shower. The front desk staff is exceptional. The location could not be better for our needs, wanting to explore the Gothic quarter and be central to public transportation.

The location is excellent near to public transport but in the heart of the old city. The staff were all kind and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic and the food delicious modern takes on Tapas.
Only the weather. This is an excellent hotel with atmosphere and character.
Breakfast was good quality with a reasonable variety. The location was great with lots of attractions ( rambla, marina etc) a few minutes away on foot.
We did not like the coffee. Both in the breakfast and in the room the coffee was really weak and I think this something that can be easily fixed. I also thought that the lighting in the breakfast area was really poor.
