Pros (+) Loved the charming personality of the Hotel. A great location near Markt Square - we found a great Indian restaurant, coffee place, chocolates, and more and less than a five minute walk. The room was comfortable and spacious. There was a pool and workout room in the lower level The pool is an indoor grotto style pool. it was nice. The water was cool after a warm day walking around.
Cons (-) As with many older European hotel properties, there are often a few stairs that you have to navigate between the elevator and your room, and Hotel Navarra had six steps on the second floor between the elevator and our room. I say this, not as a criticism, but just a heads up for those who are older and can’t do stairs- as a reminder to ask questions before you book. The same was true for the pool ...

Cons (-) When we got there the waiting was nearly an hour to get checked in as the staff wasn’t sure whether there are any rooms available for me to check in. Even though I booked and confirmed the room through booking.com
