Location is spot on. Close to Vienna and in the middle of the wine region. Cleanness is really top. Restaurant serves very tasty food and has an excellent choice of regional wines. Staff at the reception was very helpful. We used their suggestions on our short tour of the region. Beauty farm complete and very well appointed. We enjoyed it very much. We plan to go back soon.
The pillows were not perfect.
Really nice hotel! Rooms are spacious and the pool is a must - you can order drinks by the pool as well :-) love the breakfast area, very pretty and green! breakfast was delicious. Staff was extremely friendly and we got a Burgeland card that gave us access to the lakes nearby for free! can’t wait to come back!

Although we booked a “suite”, not a jr. suite, not superior room, a suite. We found it not as large as expected.
The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were excellent. They were friendly, helpful, informative and very accommodating. Their English was excellent as well. The hotel is lovely, The mattress was very good and a welcomed treat after biking all day.
The old brown shag carpet in the room was the only thing I thought needed to be changed.

The staff was extremely helpful and really nice! The food was good. The wellness area is great, especially if there are not many people (We were only 2).
Some parts of the building are showing wear but that is very minor and doesn’t influence the overall rating of our stay, just an observation.

Although not mentioned on booking.com, pool was closed. Spa area only afternoon... also not mentioned.

Corridors are a bit outdated and deserve refurbishement.
