Excellent location and customer service is awesome we are very satisfied with the room that they assigned to us it was spacious clean and comfortable.
To be honest everything was excellent.
I reached out numerous times for advice on how to get to the Hotel after midnight ( older woman traveling solo) and never heard back. I became so worried that I cancelled and only then did they respond to me.I was overcharged through Booking.com and not refunded a cent for the 3 nights I did NOT stay there
Hot tea and coffee were only lukewarm. No black tea available, only green tea.
Having a refrigerator in the room would have been great.

The decor, the comfortable beds, the nespresso in your room and they welcome you with a refreshing drink at your arrival. A free tour around the property was included with the stay.
You could hear the cars passing early in the morning.
The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a very good location downtown and it's a beautiful architecture. The shower is very good. The decoration is very beautiful. The amenities are good qualities.
I need to walk up stairs and then downstairs to my room but it's a classical building so it's still acceptable.
Great location on the edge of the central area. Easy to walk to all the sites and shopping. Charming old hotel. Server Javier was really kind. He recommended a great meal for me, a specialty of San Luis Potosi. I think he may have prepared it also. Javier served the meal proudly and he insisted on taking photos of me. It was my best meal in Mexico. Everyone was very very nice and helpful.
Hotel was a bit empty.
This is our favorite place in San Luis Potosi. You feel like Royalty for a reasonable price. As usual everything was perfect from the check in to the check out. Can't wait to return.
