Breakfast was good with a wide selection.
1. Very, very slow lifts. There are 6 lifts and you sometime had to wait 10mins for a lift. If hotel is full, lift is slow and full. Also hotel.service staff are also using the guest lifts, making it slow. If not for the closeness to Arena Indonesia, I would choose another hotel. 2. The pillows and the bed were HEAVENLY. Location was fantastic since we were there to watch j-hope’s concert, and we got to and from the stadium so quickly that even when the concert ended later than we expected we were still able to get to bed as planned!
They were a bit slow on housekeeping. We had to keep calling them to clean, and when they did, they didn’t refill the shower gel when it was obviously running low. Breakfast buffet wasn’t terrible but I didn’t enjoy it.
Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a wide variety of restaurants and cafes in the hotel, and it is close by to a couple of local malls as well as concert venues. The staff informed me of how busy the hotel would be, and arrangements were made for breakfast timing, to allow for a seamless experience.
The lifts are a bit slow. When the hotel was at full capacity, it took a long time to get anywhere.
Lobby has a nice scent. We were able to check in as early as 10am! Front desk staffs were helpful, welcoming and always smiling. Room was amazing, 2 large single beds and fluffy pillows. We had a good night sleep after a long day. Breakfast spread was good. Check out was a breeze.
Would prefer not to have been allocated one hour for breakfast. There’s so many choices to try.
