We enjoyed the rooftop pool, all inclusive package and our corner suite. However we were highly pressured to attend a sales pitch everyday until we finally did. The food was nothing special and if you don’t have the package you will pay an erroneous amount of money ($26.00 a water). Great property, beautiful room, great pool and pool restaurant. Wonderful staff.
Should have a sauna and a steam bath with no charge. Pasta size at Noy Restaurant a joke on non-inclusive.
Everything is clean, secluded, great views, staff was very helpful, piano player made our night!!

Loved everything, no complaints
This is a remarkably wonderful hotel on all counts, including food. I am 81 and have traveled the world and it is truly one of the top five hotels I've been to in my long adventurous life.

Amazing facilities to enjoy, great restaurants, very comfortable room, friendly service.
It was a short stay so we felt a little overwhelmed because they are trying to sell shared vacation/ Hotel membership.
The property is gorgeous, the room was perfect, and the food was amazing. The service was consistently fantastic everywhere we went. We also enjoyed the kayaking offered to us.
The reservation process for restaurants could have been better. Most of the restaurants were not busy so we didn't understand why we were required to have reservations for dinners later in the evening, 8 and 9pm. I also found a travelzoo deal for specifically Hotel Mousai, in the South Tower on a higher floor for about 50% less than what I paid through booking.com, and the price was 3 nights for $...Read more
