Ok, this was the biggest surprise of our trip! The place is gorgeous, looks like a palace. The staff is the nicest I've met in a long time! The service in the dining room was excellent, very tasty food. Breakfast is free for the kids. The accessories in the room are endless, we didnt have to open the suitcase (just for clothes). Overall we are happy to stay in this hotel this time. However, two weeks later we stayed this hotel again, our room had a smoking smell which deeply discounted our experience.

Location was good for Linate airport and 5 minute walk to local restaurants/bars. Staff very good.
Breakfast was basic, wifi did not work in room and was a low secure network which is not good for business users. Some rooms must be for smokers as you could smell tobacco smoke.
Very nice staff always ready to help Hotel is very clean and offers shuttle bus from airport. There are toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, razor and much more in the room which very important for travelers.
For someone who doesn't eat sweet breakfast wishes the best. Hotdogs was undercooked, eggs not classic scrambled. I would definitely add more cheese and meat options

Great location. !!! Very close to airport. Awesome staff and breakfast.! And the best part is that the rooms are immaculate, comfortable and spacious. The room has its own parking too making it convenient.

Freindly staff. The facility was very clean. The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was comfy.
I found it a bit weird that i was given 2 master keys (for 2 rooms i booked) that i could have access to other rooms as well. When queried, we were told that the keys for the rooms were broken and this is why we were given master keys and were told “what is the problem”. That was really weird as explanation from a 4* hotel.
