The hotel had a unique and interesting concept, with everything in the rooms, including the beds, being very new and clean. The breakfast was excellent and a highlight of the stay. The parking is spacious and convenient.
There were noticeable issues with some of the doors that required maintenance. It’s unclear if these were checked before our visit, but they clearly caused some inconvenience.

Modern, clean, and with interesting mosaic tile art. The hotel staff was friendly and well organized, especially the kitchen and the crew serving breakfast. It was a little pricier than some other places we have stayed but not so much that we wouldn’t have stayed there. Artistic interior with mosaic walls. Good access from road and not far distance from the old town.
Besides being one of the most beautiful establishments, the host Salvatore went out of his way to make you welcomed and important.
Probably if you looking for easy access to public transport may be an issue. If you have a hire car no problems at all . Plenty of parking.

The view but it’s located on an industrial site but that means there’s room for a pool!
Room was good size. Neat and clean. Good space to keep luggage and cloths. Breakfast options were good. Few fittings were worn off. When informed about it to the reception, they politely offered to change the room. I preferred not to change the room, but wanted them to make a note, so that I am not troubled for this later.
Pool was not very well maintained. Pool area had a good atmosphere, however there were a lot of bugs and other stuff in the pool. Also, the pool timing could be a little more flexible as people like to enjoy pool during late evenings when the sun is little calm.
All hotel services were perfect: parking, reception, breakfast, room, beds, pool. To histrical part of Matera is 15mins by car.
Industry zone location
Fabulous sized room with balcony. The pool was fantastic with the hot weather. The breakfast selection was fabulous. Easy access to Matera, straight on main highway - 10 minutes.
