The room was beautiful, clean, lots of attention to detail.Staff was wonderful, with use of translation app, we did just fine communicating. Meals were spectacular.
The meals were delicious and massive. Additionally, everything was elegant and the staff were kind, respectful, and extremely accommodating. Otaguro Yukihira guided us through every meal , was an extremely gracious host, and made our stay memorable. The onsen was comforting and peaceful, the rooms were well kept and spacious. The bus stop is close to the hotel and easily accessible.
I enjoyed every part of the stay.
Wonderful space, loved the traditional style room and the private bath was surprisingly large compared to photos. Was extremely relaxed the entire stay.
Slightly difficult to get to and the view from the room was beautiful but being next to the lake would have made this a 10/10.
Facilities were very clean and luxurious feeling. Staff was very polite and accommodating and finally food was excellent.
Nothing wrong with hotel but transportation via taxi can be a bit frustrating. On day of checkout we had to wait until 2 pm before taxi could pick us up.
Excellent hotel, very nice spacious room. But above all the staff very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful, elegant rooms with stunning artwork in the hotel. The gender-segregated onsens were incredible (coverings accepted for those with tattoos). They were able to accommodate my request for the meal to be vegetarian!
Without a car, location requires a few buses to get to from the local train stations, check before you travel
Exceptional. First time in an onsen and it will not be the last. Incredibly accommodating staff and the Family Mart next door was an added bonus.
The hotel, a recently opened and well-maintained establishment, is relatively small. However, several areas require attention: 1. Room sizes are diminutive, comparable to a two-star Shinjuku hotel, with a high-density layout. 2. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The hotel was modern, clean and well equipped. The spa is very clean, nice and relaxing. Our beds was really comfortable and the room had a high standard and was quite spacious. The service here is really excellent! They offered a shuttle from the train station. We booked this hotel during peak season which means that the price was very high at that time. Although we couldn't find a place in the area with a better price and same facilities. I would recommend to go here during low season or a weekday instad of weekend and you will probably feel the price is really worth it then!
