Staff was super nice and room was clean, I did not expect that we would get a closed box in a garage and that was a huge plus because we traveled with motorcycles. Breakfast was also delicious.
Couldn’t find anything that we didn’t like.
I was 2 nights for business. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. Bed comfortable and nice toilet and shower. Personnel always nice and polite. Breakfast is not huge, but quite sufficient and good quality with good service. Recommended in the area.
Staffs are so kind and cooperative, the Cleaness was perfect, Parkings were quite safe, the Room was perfectly clean and comfort, the WiFi and internet connection was perfect and Totally considered as perfect

I liked everything. I checked-in late and was treated with care. Food was brought in in less than 10 minutes, loved that, as I was starving and tired after a long-day flight. Parking was stress-free, loved that, as i came with a Jeep. Great water pressure in the shower.
I would prefer to have a pillow menu, as the pillow was hard, and more healthy easy food options in the menu, for instance simple salads, chicken breast, etc. Other than that everything was perfect.

You should know that most of the garages which the provide are too small for SUV vehicles. They don't tell you on the reception that and then when you open your electric boot gate, it slams the garage door. Excellent location to visit The big outlet market of Franciacorta.
No taxi service nearby and they charge for the trip from where they come. Also, the shower was leaking water all over the bathroom from the floor side.

The people, all staff in this hotel are really will to assist you when you need help. My wife did not feeling well, the front desk and kitchen staff are very sympathy and helpful.
