Cons (-) It’s not as close to all the shops and restaurants, but for us, we liked a little bit of the quiet and walking out and just over the little bridge in front of the hotel, there were bakeries and all kinds of stuff. We really love the location very close to train station and water bus.

Pros (+) Wonderful and helpful staff, who both helped us with recommendations on attractions, reservations at restaurants and logistics. Barbara and Enza were the receptionist during our stay, and they were very helpful and kind. Very authentic Venetian atmosphere and nicely cleaned. We had a welcome drink in the lounge bar when we arrived, which was a nice surprise. We will definitely come back!
