Historic ambience; size of room; ample hot water. Taxi to airport was punctual.
No rubber mat for shower floor (very shippery) with no safety bars to hold on to. Noise from street - bring earplugs. Curtains did not completely black out balcony lights. Inadequate coffee machine with only 2 bottles of water for drinking or making coffee or tea. No small refrigerator.

Everything! The hotel was so beautiful and all the staff were helpful. The restaurant adjusted some of the menu items for my vegetarian needs without a hitch.

We loved the hotel as it's such a beautiful old building and seems well looked after. The location is ideal and very close to good local restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. The food at the hotel restaurant was great and staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Such a lovely place. Service was great. They also had many items to meet our needs. Not just soap, but also a small shoe shine kit, sewing kit, etc. For the economical price, I didn’t expect such a nice place.

The Hotel Morales is definitely my 'go to' hotel in Guadalajara. The colonial-style building is full of character, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, the service is excellent and the downtown location is unbeatable
Everything was as I knew it would be from previous visits..No complaints or criticisms whatsoever !!
Beautiful heritage building and location
The pillows were too hard and big. They could have given one soft and flatter pillow. Missed having more natural light in the room. There was only one small window tucked in the corner. Apart from that the room was very comfortable.
Nice, clean, safe.
Pool could have been warmer but that just my taste.
