The hotel is beautifully decorated in a French antique style. It’s conveniently located inside the walls and very close to the cathedral and main restaurant area. The staff were friendly and kind. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection (the widest selection of premium cheeses I’ve ever seen at a breakfast buffet). Highly recommended a stay here.

Great communication - especially about the car parking; very clean, wonderfully decorated, fabulous staff, ideal location for cathedral, restaurants, old town, city walls. Lift to access upper floors. Superior room: amazing jacuzzi bath and fabulous shower. 100% recommended.

I’m walking the Camino and booked a rest day in Lugo. The location was perfect! Inside the Roman wall, steps away from the cathedral, coffee and food minutes away and 2 min walk to continue on my Camino journey!

Perfectly situated, super staff, and amazing decor and faciluties.
Everything was perfect about this hotel, but I have to admit it was a bit scary getting here by car and parking. Tight spaces but all OK! The staff in the hotel were very friendly and informative about the space; and breakfast was full of fruit, breads, cheeses, yogurt, cereal, and eggs. Lovely place to be.
