Pros (+) Every staff in the reception was very kind and worked efficiently. It contented my each small request.
Cons (-) It was very difficult to access the internet from my PC in he room. Because the manual suggests/guides very complicated process to get Wi-Fi in to my PC. Hope they will change their old Wi-Fi netwok to new system which is very common everywhere.

Pros (+) Clean and safe area. Picked this hotel due to the close proximity of the park. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. This is a great hotel to stay if you are going on a cruise due to the proximity of the terminal. Would definitely stay here again if we were going on our next cruise from Yokohama. Cons (-) The hotel was fantastic in every way. Can't think of any thing that we did not like. Maybe the only downside is that they staff did not speak English very well. But they were accommodating in every way and seem to anticipate our every request and need. Overall, our stay was memorable though brief.

Pros (+) Excellent location beside cruise terminal pier Yokohama. Lovely old style hotel. Super staff 10 out of 10 for service at reception and breakfast.
