Amazing hotel, everything was good, I recommend staying here.
It was one thing, one lady that I don’t know her name, but she is always standing next to the reception, talks very rudely and make weird comments and laugh at the guest. One of the best hotels in the city. The location, cleanliness, breakfast, rooftop, amazing staff, clean and special room with an amazing balcony to Gran Via, everything is perfect. They have thought of everything for the comfort of those staying in the hotel.
My bday weekend stay in the center of Madrid was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel special with a welcome glass of champagne:) a perfect way to start my bday weekend! Great location. Very central. Lovely decor. Beautiful roof terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff.
This is a stunning 5 star hotel. From the staff to the little luxury spaces to hang out. Top notch. The location is absolutely to die for, with a balcony overlooking the Gran Via but great soundproofing. I can't imagine a more convenient location on a large walking/shopping promenade but just one block off the Gran Via.

Beautiful hotel building in a fantastic location. Very helpful at reception and concierge . The room was super comfortable, especially the bedding . Great roof top also tasted amazing cocktails.

The most special hotel experience we've had! Not only the place is beautiful, central and quiet, but the attention to detail is superior. The highlight of our trip was a little gift that was given to us by the staff for our 10th anniversary. We had expected maybe champagne or chocolate, but a personalised gift! That was a very special detail from a very special hotel.
