Very good Hotel very nice restaurant and very friendly stuff
Location and the staff.
The room felt like a holding cell and the interior of the hotel itself had no decor, making it all feel a bit like a very nice prison.
Everything was perfect! Location next to the main street, close to train and bus stations, very attentive and smart personnel. Clean and cosy rooms, good and not nosy conditioning. Superb dinners and breakfasts with wide choice of dishes for everyone.
Slow internet in my room (5th floor corner room). But it's the only thing that should be improved.

Food was poor. There is plenty of choice but the quality isn’t there.
The staff were really helpful and friendly also it was clean and had a really good size carpark.
Even though the hotel was clean not sure on sharing room with ants. I understand they get everywhere. Would have been nice to have pillows and not a small bolster pillow.

Everything was just perfect. Hotel is on excellent location- steps from the beach, nice walkaway and just across train stop for Barcelona and Figures. Santa Susanna with it's neighbouring cities is such pleasant and peaceful place to stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, we loved the shower and balcony space, the food was excellent, a wide variety, and the pool was nice. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Good personal Good cleaning
The hotel is generally not bad, but suddenly you find yourself in a place where 90% of the guests are over 60 years old. For young couples, it can feel quite boring 🙂🙂 Of course, everyone has the right to enjoy themselves, but I think you should keep in mind that the majority of the hotel’s guests are seniors.
We loved it! The kids really enjoy the pool... The staffs were very nice..the activities were really good... Also, the food really really good! The beds are comfortable! And also, the location is Near the train station,
Not that didn't like, but a bit disappointed... Because i requested that the stay is for double birthday celebration... A nice greeting note would had been appreciated by the celebrants... Anyways, maybe they forgot..
