Pros (+) Upgrade and room great for a city hotel. Staff attentive and interested. Breakfast really lovely and varied each day. The fact that Coffee, soft drinks and pastries were available free of charge throughout day was a nice touch. Great central location. Brill pre visit comms from hotel.
