Quirky hotel, with some fun extras to be found in your room, like your own karaoke system. Lovely bathroom with great stone onsen/bath with a small sauna off this. Lots of toiletries available. The bed area was challenging to manoeuvre around with x2 people and big suitcases. Location is ok- if you want to be close to high end shops or the Tokyo Tower.
We preferred other locations. I didn’t like the excess cushions and throw on the bed - unnecessary and not in keep with Japanese style of minimalist.
It was so peaceful and the staff were excellent. The breakfast sets in the morning brought to your room was so nice. Will definitely being coming back.
The rooms are a bit on the smaller side. The bed is a more traditional Japanese bed where it is pretty hard vs a mattress. If I could change one thing, it would be the mattress.
Everything was amazing! Very good traditional breakfasts, amenities were great. The location is close to Roppongi Hills, so there’s a lot going on there. The best part was the staff: they went above and beyond our expectations.
Oh my goodness…this place was so cute! It’s a boutique hotel but very chic and clean. Like in most Tokyo hotels, the room was small (no closet) BUT it made up for it with a sauna in the bathroom! They also had colorful lighting options and in room karaoke. Additionally, the breakfast was included and delivered to the room in the morning. Just lovely!
Like I said, the room (and hotel) are small so that has to work for you. Not a lot of natural light in our room either.
Beautiful room, wonderful breakfast and excellent service from the staff. Location was close enough to the subway to get you to Ginza, Omotesando, Tokyo station.
A little on the pricey end for a boutique hotel of this size. I can see why, with the private sauna and hot tub but still feel it is expensive. That said, I wouldn’t mind returning, though!
Hotel Minato exceeded our expectations! We visited over our honeymoon, and were overjoyed to find a cute note and trinkets for us. The room was gorgeous and the spa was immaculate. The location is wonderful, easy to use for train or cab/uber. We will be staying again!
This Hotel was so wonderful with providing a great setup for my girlfriend’s birthday. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants peace and privacy. It was a great experience. I thank the Hotel staff for there gratitude and niceness.

staff was lovely & considerate. breakfast was lovely in the room. room was well laid out. amenities were lovely (e.g. sauna, baththub, skincare products).
the mattress felt so firm, like sleeping on the ground. would've prefered a futon on the ground, frankly.
