Being told breakfast was included Key for room says so also And being charged 700 on exit for breakfast UPDATE They refunded the breakfast money and found a phone we left in room after 1 week No offer of compensation or sorry for the experience, just phone calls to to remove the reviews Sad that staff can't be trained to handle our stay correctly left a bad taste

Great location and really nice inside warm and comfortable, it’s right on the main Street and restaurant is good.
Needed a sauna but just a little too small but would just make it cherry on top.
Very Central. Located in the center of Andorra, on the pedestrian street. Large and very comfortable bed. Modern hotel with sophisticated and up-to-date decor. Modern and very user-friendly lighting and air conditioning system.
TOILET - The bathroom bathtub is very difficult to access. It has a very wide rim, it is high and it is almost impossible to get in and out safely, even for active and physically fit people. Lack of replacement of consumables on the toilet. We stayed 7 nights and I had to ask them to change the bed linen, otherwise they wouldn't do it. There were black hairs left on the freshly laundered bed linen. The hotel should pay closer attention to their laundry processes.
Location is perfect, friendly staff
There was no creamer pots for coffee in the room which is not a big deal but is an easy fix to prevent having to call reception to bring milk in the morning
