The only good thing about this hotel is the location but otherwise nothing interesting

The breakfast is phenomenal! The location is unbeatable! The staff is amazing! The beauty and pristine condition of the hotel is breathtaking! The toilet was a bit noisy, but considering everything else it feels ridiculous to even mention. I cannot wait to come back here. I’m telling everybody I know!

All points for location. I see myself booking the same hotel when I’m back in Florence again. Everything is in close proximity. You can go all the attractions by walk. I loved my stay there.

The service by the staff was excellent. They were consistently friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was more than sufficient and I loved that there was self-serve water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate at all times. The only thing that was sub-par was a mild but unpleasant odor right outside my room. It wasn't noticeable once in the room for a couple of minutes but I was reminded of it each time I got back to my room.Read more
