Location
Room far too small . Bed was placed right next to the wall so that one can only get off the bed on the other side . Bath room was extremely small been for one person with no space to put toiletries beside the basin . Room decor was old and need renovation . Would never come back as it is definitely not worth the price paid.
The location was great - it's right next to Tokyo station and on the side closest to the Shinkansen. The room was very clean. The breakfast was comprehensive, with both western and Japanese options - and lots of them!
The room is very small. There's enough room to open one suitcase fully while you will have to move things around to open a second suitcase. It was manageable for the one night we stayed there.
Location surely was exceptional. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. We had 2 rooms and the view from both was outstanding. Right at Tokyo station , you could also walk up to Ginza or take a bus if you need to. Character street stone throw away , ramen street and all sorts of delicacy all within less than 200 m radius. What more can one ask for.

We arrived tired after a long flight and would have preferred to eat a meal there and not go out. That did not work out for us.
Staff was nice and helpful, bathroom was clean without mold, hardware was in good condition.
It was too expensive, and a little hard to find.

The room does not provide water pot or any drinking water.
Perfect location. The airport limousine buses stop right next to the building! So getting there was a breeze. The service was awesome throughout and everyone was so polite!
