Pros (+) Excellent location if you want access other areas of Japan. Hotel is at Tokyo train station so makes for short easy access to Shinkansen lines. Also easy access to all the local trains in the city. Very comfortable beds and wonderful breakfast buffet.

Pros (+) The room was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The bags were dropped to our room by the time we checked in, the process very smooth ans easy. The view from the room due to the height is excellent and the location is very convenient to travel to/from.
Cons (-) The room felt a bit small due to the excess of furniture but manageable. The reception staff was polite but lacked a bit of warmth.

Cons (-) Room far too small . Bed was placed right next to the wall so that one can only get off the bed on the other side . Bath room was extremely small been for one person with no space to put toiletries beside the basin . Room decor was old and need renovation . Would never come back as it is definitely not worth the price paid.
