Pros (+) It was very near to the metro, easy to get to anywhere in Tokyo by boarding at Lidabashi. Room was nice , hotel had a fab ambience. Customer service was exceptional. For anybody coming to Tokyo you must consider this hotel it’s Excellent. Staff are super friendly and helpful. FAB FAB FAB!

Pros (+) Excellent location in the middle of two subway stations, and it is very close to walk to Tokyo Dome. You also basically have a Starbucks and three convenience stores within and out of the hotel. The family rooms in the East Wing were more than spacious compared to Japanese hotels. The laundry room has a lounge and you’re able to check which ones are being used in your room’s TV.
Cons (-) Laundry room is in the main building and you would have to walk through the lobby if you are staying in the East Wing. Not a problem but just be aware of it.
